PPS + Polyimide (P84)

PPS + Polyimide (P84) blend filter bags provide reliable performance in baghouses for continuous operation up to 160°C (320°F), with short-term peaks up to 190°C (375°F). The combination enhances dust capture and filtration efficiency while delivering the durability and chemical resistance needed for demanding industrial applications.

 

 

 

PTFE + Polyimide (P84)

PTFE + P84 blend filter bags provide reliable performance in baghouses for continuous operation up to 240°C (464°F), with short-term peaks up to 260°C (500°F). The P84 fibers improve dust capture and filtration efficiency, while the blend ensures durability and chemical resistance in demanding high-temperature applications.

 

 

 

PTFE + ePTFE Membrane

PTFE + ePTFE membrane filter bags provide reliable performance in baghouses for continuous operation up to 250 °C (482 °F), with short-term peaks up to 280 °C (536 °F). The ePTFE membrane delivers superior surface filtration, capturing fine particles more efficiently than standard needlefelt and promoting easier dust release during pulse cleaning. This significantly lowers emissions, extends bag life, and offers durability in demanding high-temperature and chemically aggressive industrial applications.

Polyimide (P84)

Polyimide (P84) filter bags are engineered for high-performance filtration in harsh industrial environments. They withstand continuous temperatures up to 235°C (455°F), with short-term peaks up to 260°C (500°F), and offer excellent resistance to heat, chemical corrosion, and abrasive dust, making them ideal for demanding process conditions.

Meta-aramid

Designed for durability in high-temperature environments, Meta-aramid filter bags perform reliably in baghouses with continuous operating temperatures of 200–210°C (392410°F) and short-term peaks up to 230°C (446°F). They offer excellent mechanical strength and thermal stability, making them a dependable choice for demanding filtration applications.

PPS

PPS filter bags deliver reliable performance in baghouses for continuous operation up to 160°C (320°F), with short-term peaks up to 190°C (375°F). Their robust construction makes them suitable for a range of industrial filtration applications requiring thermal and chemical resistance.

 

Acrylic

Acrylic filter bags are designed for humid baghouse environments and offer reliable resistance to mild chemical exposure. They perform continuously at temperatures up to 126°C (260°F), with short-term peaks up to 135°C (275°F), providing stable performance in applications where moisture and moderate chemical conditions are present.

 

 

 

 

Polyester

Polyester filter bags are ideal for lower-temperature baghouse applications, performing reliably at continuous temperatures up to 130°C (266°F), with short-term peaks up to 150°C (300°F). They are best suited for environments with low chemical exposure and moderate humidity.
